How to order
Three steps. One chat thread.
No cart to abandon, no checkout to wrestle, no account to remember. Ordering from Sundari Jewels is the same as asking a friend which necklace she's wearing.

01
Browse, note the code
Walk the catalogue and collections. Every piece carries a code like SJ-07 — just a name to shout across the room, nothing to put in a basket.
-
02
Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us the piece (a photo helps), your city, and whether it's a gift or a function date. We reply within a few hours with price, shipping and honest advice — even the "you could do better" kind.
-
03
Confirm, pay, receive
We confirm everything on chat — price, shipping, timeline. You pay by UPI or COD, we pack it into its pouch and padded box, and it reaches you in 4–6 days, tracked.
That's the whole ritual. A wedding took more planning than an order.
What happens next
From your first message to the doorstep
-
1
We confirm price and shipping on chat. No surprise costs later — the number we quote is the number you pay.
-
2
UPI or cash on delivery. Most of India pays by UPI scan; COD is there for the cautious first order. Never pay before we've confirmed both price and timeline together.
-
3
Packed like a favour, not a shipment. Every piece goes in its muslin pouch, in a padded box, wrapped by hand. Tracking lands in the same chat where you ordered.
-
4
Wear it, and tell us. Seven days to exchange for any reason or no reason. If you send us a photo of it on, that's our favourite message of the week.
Bridal & made-to-order
A set built around your outfit, not a catalogue.
For brides and big functions, send us photos of the lehenga or sari and we'll design the choker, earrings, maang tikka and bangles around it. Options within a day, refinement on chat until it's exactly right, then 7–10 days to finish.
- No obligation to say yes at step one — you're exploring with us.
- We share stone, finish and length choices before anything is made.
- Wedding-season orders: message us 3–4 weeks out and we'll guard the date.
Your move
Say the code, we'll do the rest.
Browse first, or message first — both routes end in the same chat, with a human who actually knows the pieces.
