No, and we'd rather say so first. This is anti-tarnish plated brass with hand-set stones — designed to look and behave like fine jewellery, priced like honest costume. If the plating lets you down within a year, we replace the piece. In writing, always.
Message us on WhatsApp with the piece name and code. We confirm price, shipping and time, you pay by UPI or cash on delivery, and the piece ships in a padded box. No cart, no checkout, no account — the whole ceremony fits in one chat thread.
4–6 days across India, and most of that is the courier's time, not ours. Made-to-order bridal sets are different — those are 7–10 days after we finalise the design with you. In wedding season, order early; we'll remind you at checkout chat.
Yes — it's our favourite kind of order. Send photos of your lehenga and we'll design choker, earrings, maang tikka and bangles around them, sending options within a day. We refine on chat until it's right, then it's 7–10 days to finish.
Seven days, one message to start, and no forms that ask you to relive the decision. The piece just needs to be unworn and in its pouch. Exchanges only — we don't do refunds, partly because the pieces are small-batch and partly because we'd rather swap you into something you'll actually wear.
All plated jewellery tarnishes eventually — that's physics, not a defect. Ours is finished with anti-tarnish plating and held to a one-year promise: keep it dry, wipe it after wear, store it in its pouch, and if the finish still lets you down within a year, we replace it. Nothing about that is small print.
Chains come with extenders and rings are adjustable, so most pieces flex a little. For bangles and made-to-order sets, send us your wrist or finger measurement in centimetres and we'll guide you — and if we get it wrong, the 7-day exchange has you covered.
Yes — bridesmaid sets, sangeet gifts, haldi assortments. Because we're small-batch, bulk means a heads-up and a few extra days, not a different product. Message us the count and the occasion and we'll work a price that makes sense for everyone.
Pay by UPI or cash on delivery, and only after we've confirmed price and shipping together on chat. We'll never ask for OTPs, card numbers or a "processing fee", and if something ever sounds off to you, trust that instinct and call the number — it's us, and we're on your side.
We currently ship across India only — courier pricing and customs for abroad are still on the to-do list, and we won't pretend otherwise. Message us anyway if you're outside India; for a handful of orders we've worked something out.
