How to Order
A conversation, not a checkout
We don’t have a cart, and we’re in no hurry to pretend otherwise. Three steps, none of them a form you’ll want to abandon.

Walk the catalogue, or tell us what you’re imagining and let us suggest. Two taps either way.

Message us
Say hi on WhatsApp. Send a photo if you have one, describe it if you don’t. We reply with photos, price and sizing — usually within a few hours.

Confirm & receive
Confirm the piece, pay by UPI or cash on delivery, and it ships in a padded box we’ve thought about. Exchanges within 7 days.
The House Rules
Three promises we keep
- If it tarnishes in a year, we replace it.
- Every plated piece goes out with anti-tarnish plating — honestly labelled, none of the “24k gold finish” nonsense. Wear it, wash it, and if the finish lets you down within a year, send it back and we’ll make it right.
- Hand-finished, never stamped out.
- Small batches means small batches — single digits, not pallets. Stones are set by hand, edges are filed by hand, and the same two people sign off every piece that leaves the studio.
- Exchanges without an interrogation.
- Changed your mind? Sizing off? Seven days to exchange, one WhatsApp message to start it, and no forms that ask you to relive the decision.

New batches, restocks and the occasional honest discount — on WhatsApp, where you already are. No daily noise, and leaving is a one-line message.
